Encrypt Outlook email in vbscript

How do I automate encrypting an outgoing Microsoft Outlook email attachment. I have no problem sending an attachment out but cannot find any information on the encryption piece.

This is done manually in Outlook by clicking on Tools/Options/Security and checking
"Encrypt contents and attachments for outgoing messages"

I appreciate any input.
