Encrypt and decrypt the confidential data in PeopleSoft 1

Hello,

I would like to know how to encrypt out bound files from PeopleSoft containing confidential data. Any suggections or documents would be greatly appreciated.

HRMS 9.1
PeopleTools 8.50

there are a lot of encryption/decryption packages in the market. We use both PGP and GPG.
