Encountered could not create temp file for verification

Hi all,

A series of e-mails received today had this error msg, and I was unable to
see the complete mail.
Can you pls help?

"Could not create temp file for verification"

In addition, I also have this when I try to send e-mails.

" Error loading DDL"
