Encapsulation failed

Hi
I have a problem to do a connection with a Router Bintec from the Host1 :

eth ISDN eth
Host1-------Cisco 800----------------Routeur Bintec---------------Ftp Server

From Cisco 800 I can do a connection to the Router Bintec and the Ftp Server. From the Host1 I can contact Cisco 800, but impossible to do a connection to Router Bintec or Ftp server !!!!!!! I have an"Encapsulation error" !!
The route table of routers seems alright !

Please help !!!
