Enacapsulating Page Failed error

I have a crystal 8 report wich runs fine in the crystal designer. but when i try to view it in the activex web viewer it gives me an Enacapsulating Page Failed error. <ReportName> On page server <Server Name>.

It generates the first page to view fine but not the group tree and the evntually time out with the error.

Any body got any ideas??
