Enabling the toolbox window

I have a problem that I don't get the three tabbed panes for developing the page(design pane,source pane & quick view pane)and my toolbox of the editor is always disabled so that i cannot use it.
I am using visual interdev 6.0 enterprise edition on windows 2000 platform.

What do you see? Maybe you are in fullscreen-mode?
View | Fullscreen to turn it off.
