Enabling Rule Assistant in Norton Personal Firewall

Hi,

I have a question about Norton Personal Firewall...I'm sorry I have to post it here...cos there are no other forums to post it.

How do I enable the Rule Assistant in Norton Personal Firewall? Now when I enable my firewall, it just blocks all content without prompting me. I've tried all the options. Please help. Thanks very much.
