ENABLING right mouse click

Hello.
I think one of the programs I am using now has DISABLED the right mouse button. Is there a program I could make that would let me ENABLE it?

If the program disabled the right click in the Form_Load, then I could open another program AFTER to enable it, couldn't I?

Any help is appreciated...

I have never heard of any way of disabling Right-Click on the mouse through a program except by possibly messing up the registry. Can you right-click on this screen and get a menu? Check Start /Settings / Mouse for anything strange. If nothing then consider buying a new mouse. Compare Code (Text)
Generate Sort in VB or VBScript
