I have a i2002 that has the CLS HFA but the speaker function still will not work. Is there any other CLS that needs to be added to make this work?

Has this phone ever worked with speakerphone?

First I would try to update the firmware, if that doesn't work, then out and replace the set programming, then I would try another i2002. You might have a bad set.

Hi,

I've had a similar problem with one of these sets, what version of Software is the switch, Nortel reckon it should work with Rls 3 but I've tried everything they've thrown at me and it still wont work. Can the call be setup but transmission ? I've spent weeks off and on and cant get it to work, goto 4 or 4.5 if u can.
