Hi,
I have a user who disabled my Narrator, his reason was that narrator makes me a lazy pc user.so I want to know how to enable and disable my Narrator.
Thanks.

Many ways...

Start / run / "narrator.exe"

Start / all programs/ accessories / accessibility / narrator

Also you can find narrator.exe in the system32 directory

..and I'm confirming.. you are a lazy pc user :p~

How to control accessibility features for visually impaired users by using Utility Manager in Windows

How To Configure and Use Text-to-Speech in Windows XP

See what can be been done via Windows Components in Add or Remove.

What is around this area HKEY_CURRENT_USER \Control Panel \Accessibility

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Narrator

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Accessibility\Utility Manager\Narrator

On the Start menu:
Point to All Programs.
Point to Accessories.
Point to Accessibility.
Select Narrator.
Notes: A message box with a link to more information about Narrator may appear. To close the box, select OK.

To use Narrator but hide the Narrator dialog box, select the Minimize button.

To turn off Narrator, in the Narrator dialog box, select the Exit button.

Hope that helps,

Erik
