Enabling/Disabling Narrator`s short keys

Hi,
Thanks to all of you who replied my thread.
However, my problem is still on how to enable and disable my narrator`s short keys. I normally use the " the window logo key + U " but this has been disabled and is giving me real time headache to enable.

so when you do windows+u you dont get the utility manager?

did you try the add/remove windows components to see if the accessibility options were uninstalled or not?

Can you bring any pressure to the User who disabled it in the first place and have them undo what they did?

Does System Restore (or a restore from a Backup) offer a solution?
