IS-IT--Management
Hi All -
Novice Mitel admin here moving into a new job that has Avaya. With Mitel, it was easy to call into a backend number to forward calls. In situations where staff cannot come in because of weather, they increasingly have the need to remotely enable call forwarding while at home. Is this possible? The system is old, IP Office V10 build 550.
Thanks for any help
