I just upgraded my development CE9 system to CE10. All the servers started successfully on this single-machine installation. But when I try to launch the Crystal Management Console I get the message:

Communication Error
Communication failed with all configured Web Component Servers because they are disabled or not currently running. If this problem continues, please contact the system administrator.

In CE9, enabling and disabling servers is done on the CMC. Can someone tell me how to enable a running server without using the CMC? Did I miss something in the Installation Guide? It's looking like a Catch-22 right now!!

Thanks,
Mike

Go to CCM (Crystal Management Console), Click on Enable/Disable Servers, enable all the servers, restart them and see if it fixes your problem.

That's what it needed, including a bounce of the Service. I guess I just haven't "read" the icons on the CCM toolbar well.

Thanks!
