Hi - i've got a CUCM 6.1 system. I'm setting up as a test (for our CEO) a Cisco 7985g video-phone. It's registerd to my call manager, and audio is fine. However, video isn't working. I was told that I needed to check the "enable video" box inside the phone configuraiton. However, I can't find this check box anywhere. I'm in Unified Administration > Device > Phone, and then I click on the MAC address.
Can anyone tell me if I'm looking in the wrong spot or where I'm missing this? Do I somewhere need to enable video in Enterprise or System Parameters?
