Enable the design view of the forms

Hey guys,

As the program is now I have the shift key disabled and the access interface hidden and the only way a user can get into the design mode or actual coding is if the user has the password. As of now if the user knows the password i enable the shift key and automatically close the program and ask the user to open it holding the shift key but the problem then is that what if the authorized user forgets to disable the key.

So my question is...Is after i verify that the user has the right password, instead of enabling the shift key is there any other way of opening the program in design mode? that is bringing the Access Db window??

Why not just set up security and add users to groups that have appropriate permissions.
