Enable SV8300 call history

Storing non-attentive external connections SV8300 in the IP device only allowed internal, which is a history of calls made and received.
 
These cmd have already been made, only internal connections worked, external ones didn't work.
 
Not much left to look at. Possibly an IP phone version issue. I found this in the programming manual under call history;
8300R8 software or later is required for DT730CG/DT730DG. Also;
OUTGOING CALL HISTORY (STACK DIAL) PROGRAMMING DESCRIPTION DATA

1207 (service class)
15096 (With/without LCD)
9000>F1000 (stack dial)
08>172 (auto idle return)
08>567
