Hey guys - so which softphone options are available for R11.0.4.2 other than Avaya Communicator? When I change a user to a power user, i get all the options for One-x, softphone, etc... I know the "enable Desktop/Tablet VoIP client" is the option to enable the Avaya Communicator license; but what is the Enable Softphone tickbox for?

Thanks teletechman - but i guess im curious as to what the "Enable Softphone" tickbox enables for a user? The guide says that the "Enable Desktop/Tablet VoIP client" allows users to use Avaya Communicator for IP Office or Avaya Equinox™ for IP Office. But i cant find anywhere that says what the "Enable SoftPhone" is for?

Found it - On non-Server Editionsystems, Avaya Communicator can be enabled for Basic User or Mobile Worker using Avaya Softphone licenses.

Avaya Communicator can not be enabled as basic user.
Enable Softphone is for the Softphone Application, this is not Avaya Communciator or Equniox/IX Workplace
