Enable soft phone for everyone?

Hey guys!

Just wondering if there's a way for me to enable IP Softphone for everyone at the same time.

We have 2,000~ employees so I'd hate to do it one by one!

Bonus question: can I make it the default for new extensions?

You could import the change using Site Admin but I don't know of a way to make it enabled by default. Best way would be to duplicate a station that has it enabled.
 
You can do bulk changes via System Manager, if you have that installed. You can also create phone templates in SMGR that have all the settings and buttons in place for different positions.
 
SMGR is probably your easiest bet, you could also script something with OSSI. You could also engage a BP and have them use ProVision to make the change. Many options exist.
