I've searched high and low but can't seem to find where you enable the option to specify "My Ring Group" in UCA 3.1 which allows you to set which members of your PRG you want to ring for a specific Dynamic Status as shown in this picture:
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Sorry forgot to mention this UCA is on a 3300.

Dynamic Status
Users can add statuses and configure the following Dynamic Status elements:

Status Name (for example, In the office or Gone for the day)

Optional custom text

Instant Message availability and auto reply

Preferential Routing

Phone Settings (DND and Auto Answer)

Users can manually change their Dynamic Status at any time using the UC Advanced interface. The new status is then communicated to other UC Advanced users. In addition, Dynamic Status is also automatically updated in response to the user's Outlook calendar entries.

NOTE: This feature must be purchased

Does your UCA server show you have any licenses for this feature?

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.

All of the features you list are in the base UCA license as far as I know.

The only optional licenses are Console, GPS, Softphone, Standalone Mobile Web Portal, Standalone Web Portal, OCS Integration.

The ability to see one's own PRG and make choices in the Dynamic Status related to it should be part of the base.

What I found about this is that the instructions exist in the UCA Admin guide for turning this "on" for a 5000 but there's no detail for the 3300.

Could it be that you can't at this time?

Well I confirmed that "My Ring Group" can appear in a 3300/UCA config, but no one seems to know how to make it appear!

Solved!

PRGs were created after the UCA install so using the PBX synchronizer and specifying Dynamic Extensions only with a "Sync Now" did the trick!

Thanks.
