enable pri for locl

Our system went down. We are trying to enable the system . We are LD 60 and all the lines will not enable. We would use the enll 8 command etc.

First do a stat on 8 to find out what DCH you are using.
Then go to ld 96 and disable the dch as follows
.LD 96
REQ d DIS DCH xx
then go back to ld 60
disable the the PRI
****
ld 60
REQ DISL 8
ok
then enable
REQ ENLL 8

Hopefully as the PRI comes up it will bring the D-channel up with it.
