We have the NEC IPS 2000 PBX and we use Equitrac accounting and billing. Right now Equitrac is configured to capture incoming phone calls but our phone switch is not enabled. Can anyone please tell me how to enable our phone switch to make this work?
Thank you both...unfortunately I am not that knowledgeable in these areas. On the handset, I know how to get to CMD mode, but that's about it. Can you give me step by step instructions? Or do I need to do this in Matworks?
