enable other end users w/out access to view a report in my network 1

I am trying to minimize costs for my company, yet efficiently distributing reports without using email.

How do I do this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Create SnapShot or PDF format reports and place them where others can open them with the appropriate viewer. These would be static displays of data from the time the files were created.
