enable or disable DND via VmPro on R11.1.x

Hello All
Not sure if anyone has done this but I am playing with the R11.1.1.1.0 build 18 server edition and I cannot get this to work.

I took the same programming and put it into a 9.1 system and no issues.

Does anyone have this working?

I will upgrade on the weekend to 11.1.2 and see if that resolves it but with 11.1 I am not holding my breath.

Yes you should be able to do that but I need to idiot proof it so people don't stay in DND all the time.
What I am trying is that they call a SC or press a button then it goes into DND and 15 min later it comes out of DND again.
I can make some of it work in 9.1 but 11.1 is a POS and doesn't even take it.

I use the Generic function and set User/group property "Do Not Disturb (0 or 1) as the parameter.
then if I make it 0 DND is off if I make it 1 DND is on
but 11.1 doesn't take anything.

Play Configuration Menu action can do that, and Generic Action. Without knowing the full callflow can't say why it might not work but I think there's an unwritten requirement by the system that you need to connect as the user who's configuration is being changed, ie. from their extension number.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

I think I will just upgrade my server and see if it still is not working and then open a case with Avaya.
