enable Network assistant access to 3750 switches

I have several 3750 switches stacked and would like to get to these via the Cisco Network Assistant. The master switch currently does not have an IP address, what is the command via the IOS to enable this capability or at least web interface.

I know in other switches it is
switch(config)#ip http server
switch(config)#ip http authentication local
switch(config)#username bla priv 15 secret blabla
