Enable changes to Schema options no longer available

When I run the schmmgmt mmc console and right click on 'Operations Master', The option to "Enable updates to the schema on this Domain Controller" (or whatever the actual wording is) is no longer present. Does anyone have any thoughts on why this is no longer visible? I do not think it has been available since the DCs have all gone to W2K3, but I cannot remember for sure. I need to re-enable updates to allow for the MSDSS install. Thanks.

Nevermind. Answered elsewhere. THe option is not there as the updates are enabled by default.
