Enable B Channel on PRI

Hello,
I'm having issues with channel 3 on my PRI (static) so I decided to bustout he channel with the below commmnd. So the LEC could hit channels 1 and 2 but not 3 and it wont go past 3. I reoaded the router and calls now skip over 3. How do I get 3 back in service? Thanks


Command to busyout
isdn service b_channel 3 state 2

Command to enable
isdn servie b_channel 3 state 0
