Enable 1416 Phone

Recently we had some Office Moves.
The phones are 1416.
Original Ext. 1000
Another Ext. 1349 was plugged into the 1000 Location.
Ext. 1000 was originally programmed on 1V808
Ext. 100 is now showing
Service State: disconnected
Installing the original 1000 into 1V808
No Change
How do I enable 1000?

How to Reset and Clear Avaya 9608 IP Phone Settings
1. Reboot the phone.
2. Press the * button to program when it prompts as the phone is starting up.
3. Press mute, then type in 27238 # (CRAFT).
4. A menu will appear, scroll down to Clear and press Start.
5. The display will show “Press Clear again to confirm”.

Would like to do the same with 1416 Phone

It's a digital phone so what would you be defaulting, I do not believe it can be done.

Sometimes AVAYA will replace Phones with a Refurbished.
Before we Install any of their Phones we always Clear the Settings on the IP Phones.
Wasn't sure if there was a procedure to do the same for the Digital.
