I currently use Reflection X to connect to my HP/UX server. I am testing a new emulator called ViewNow X.

The command line I use for display purposes is:

(/usr/bin/X11/hpterm -fn 6x13 -sb -ls -display -name %T% &)

And this works fine with Reflection X.

When I use ViewNow X, I get the following error:

$ Error: Can't open display: %I%
Error: Couldn't find per display information

I am not sure what is causing this to error using ViewNow X, any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I don't know whether this is a typo or not, but in the first example it looks like %T%, whereas in the second it's %I%.

Thanks, I figured it out.

I needed a $DISPLAY after the -display.

Thanks.
