Emulation Problem with Modem Dialup

When I dial into my new SCO/Open Server Enterprise 5.0.6 system, the displayed lines are suffixed with a <LF> only; so each new line starts below the end of the previous line and moves diagonally left to right from top to bottom down the page. Each line needs a <CR><LF>. I did not have this problem on my old 5.0.5 Open Server Host system. I ran the #stty onlcr and #stty sane and neither had any effect. My direct connect serial lines emulate just fine. Any ideas?

cd /etc/ttytype and set your psuedos to [ansi] or whatever emulation you're using. Also set COM ports tty1A/tty2A to whatever you're using.
