emptying cache 1

Hi all!

I surfed the web and found some tips on how to empty the cache every time the visitor came back to my webpage. The problem is that I didn't bookmark this page and I cant find it again...
I'm having a flash menu that I want to be "fresh" every time a visitor comes back.
So, any helpful suggs or hints to solve this problem?
