Emptying a user's voicemail box of it's messages 4

I have a user with 400 voicemails and we're trying to delete them all.
Is there a quick way to perform this action.

what type of voicemail?

Is it voicemail pro? what version?

If it is, use the voicemail pro client, right click user and clear.

Hook up a serial cable from PC to IP Office
Use PuTTy 38400 8,N,1
connect
Type at-debug
Type ivm-mbox-clear xxx > were xxx is the user phone number
