I used the computer to logon on the Company Net.
Now the computer is outside of the Net and does not need to logon, so I deleted the User.
The empty user Logon Dialog Box continues to appear.
How can I get rid of it?
TIA

.
In DOS:

At the prompt, enter:

del *.pwl

("del space star dot pwl" without the quotes)

Hit return.

On the next start-up, don't fill in anything.

It won't bother you again....

Thanks Gnasty for the Info. (sorry for the delay)
I already did it (del *.pwl) and for this reason I am getting the EMPTY Usel Logon Dialog Box.

Howdy:

Right click on the Network Neighbourhood or My Noetworks icon on your desktop and select "Properties"..

Now, change the logon from "Client for Microsoft Networks" to "Windows Logon".. Apply and reboot..

The logon screen may come up once more.. Click OKAY.. DO NOT just "x" out or Cancel !!
