Empty Space in Details Section

Morning,

How do I eliminate the blank space between results when I pull data into the details section? Basically, I have supressed duplicates for certain tables but when there isn't a duplicate it spaces the results far from each other. If I want to upload a word doc with screen shots, how do I do that?

Go into the section expert and check "suppress blank section" on the details section.

You should also go into design mode and notice whether you have any unused group footers that may be causing the spaces.

Another possibility is that you don't have the fields 'snugged' up against the section boundaries. Move them until they touch the top of the section and then drag the bottom of the section up to meet the fields.
