empty secureway tree !?!

hi!

i installed websphere 4.1.2 on win2k. standard wp install. after the succesfull (!?!)installation i always get internal server errors when i try to open the webpage. the reason seems to be the missing tree in the ldap server.
i entered the suffix dc=MYCOMPANY,dc=DE on installation. when i try to start the ldap directory management tool after install i get an error msg: " ... tree dc=MYCOMPANY,dc=DE : no data ... "

what can i do?
what entries should be exists?
