I have a user that opens his GroupWise client and the mailbox is empty.
However, if he clicks on mailbox size (on the bottom right), then selects Received Items from the view window, he can see all of his messages.
What can cause this? Is his mailbox corrupt or possibly not pointing to the correct spot?
