Empty deleted items from owa

I have a few users reporting the following issue:

When they are using their owa 2003, they see the "deleted folder" on the left, but when they right click on it, they do not have the "empty deleted foler" option available. These users have tried it on several different computers, with the same result.

Has anyone seen this one before?
