How to I find out which user cnahged a particular employee ID in GP 9.0? thanks in advance

Are you looking to find out who ran the Employee Modifier tool to change the employee ID? If so, I do not believe that is tracked anywhere in the database by default. You'd have to be either keeping the reports from the tool or have some other tracking turned on ahead of time.
