Employee taxes not showing up

We have Progression 7.6.4b and have noticed that new employees created that are being paid for the first time do not have the OASDI tax or medicare tax. The report shows the amounts correctly for the employer but not the employee. Any thoughts?

Any service packs applied recently? I've seen employee tax problems on new employees occur when a service pack is applied that overwrites (or does not include) the year end updates.
