We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. I have a user that gave their notice and I believe that they intend to take all their business contact information with them.
The upper management wants them to finish out the next couple of weeks so I really can't just shut down their email.
We have a email filtering system outside of Exchange that filters the email before it get to the Exchange server and after it leaves so I can easily intercept any email he attempts to send to his home and redirect it back to me, but that only covers one way he can take the information with him.
Is there a way I can prevent Outlook 2003 on his computer from performing any exports to CSV or PST of any contact information?
