I installed Canadian Payroll 7.50 on a new computer that was already running Great Plains 7.50. The user cannot view 2001 or 2002 information using Employee Inquiry LY. She can view 2003. Two other users are able to view the historical information.
On Customer Source there is a Techknowledge Article, but I get an error when I try to view it. The title is "Unable to view prior year LY information after 7.50 update ". I noticed the search feature has changed, so they probably lost a bunch of articles (as usual).
Can anyone help me...please?
