Employee Clock in/out Workstation Freeze

Hello, I am pretty new to Micros 3700 and I have a system that will freeze up when employees are clocking in and or out when I hit about 25 days retention. The only way I stop this from happening is that I clear labor totals after every payroll which is a pain in the butt staying up till 2am every 15 days. It seem like the freeze up happens 5 to 1 min before the quarter. Example 1:12am, 1:28am, 1:42am. They system will freeze for about 5 to 15 min then clocking out and or in the employee. It happens to all employees and on all the terminals. I'm pretty much at a loss. Anybody ever run into this issue before? I am running 5.2 MR1

I would look into upgrading the memory size of the terminals and verify you have power conditioners on the terminals. Lock ups is usually either a memory issue or power issue.
