I have got a system that the customer has updated the embedded system MOH many years ago. They lost a copy of it.

I need to extract it from the MXe befire they can change it to something different <so that they can roll it back if needed>.

I have searched through the directory via FTP and have found the EMOH folder and a file that is the same size as displayed in ESM <eMOHdb.tar> I also found a file called <musicb3b092i3y324tzz_out>

How can I ascertain where the embedded MOH file is and how can I play it in windows to varify?

I am not sure that you will be able to use the music_out file however the .tar file you might be able to unzip with winrar then change to either .wav or .vox
You should be able to play both files in a program called switch sound converter
