Emigrating with Laser Printer - Can I?

Hi,

First let me say what a fantastic forum, will definately be visiting here a lot.

Question: I am leaving the United Kingdom for pastures new in Georgia, USA soon and would like to take my HP Laser Jet 5 Printer with me, is it possible to get a new 2 pin plug for the back without having to use converters or will I have to change the power supply? if in fact the printer will work in the USA?

All help and advice appreciated.

Do you still have the manual? You are coming into an environment with 110/220 available so it is a matter of getting both sides of the line if they don't exceed the limits of the PS.
