Hi All

I have a customer who is experiencing dialling problems to some but not all numbers on gamma sip trunks, i have done a packet capture (attached), does anyone have any expertise in reading these to give me some pointers to what is actually happening with the calls.

The calls connect but then are silent.

It sounds as though not all the RTP ports have been opened on the router/firewall. I'd ask them to check that they have the 7000, 7100 & 7300 port ranges open.
