I have an eMG80 with 4 analogue ports connected to a Grandstream ATA HT814 with 4 sip trunks configured . When I ring into the system on any line I get a loud burst of tone after every minute of the conversation. Has any one experienced this before. I have turned OFF the Call Duration warning tone. Can any one help with this issue please.

Does the issue happen if you put an analogue test phone direct against the line? I have used Grandstream ATAs in the past, and found them to be the issue, not the phone system.

If the issue isn't present when doing test calls through an analogue test phone, have a play with gain settings under the maintenance tab.

Is there a particular reason you are using the ata rather than the onboard sip trunks? You could configure those to test without the ata.

it will be the ata not the system as above why not use the on board sip trunks . you get 2 out of the box and 2 more licencese would of been cheaper than buying the ata .
