emg80 off line admin software

I have emg80 ipecs owa 1.0 software, it opens up and i get the expected window but when i try to upload a database i have downloaded it says its loaded but it doesn't show the customer data.
On the live version it gives a reset tab after uploading but not on the offline. what am i missing?
I use offline for the ipecs lik owa and it works ok.

Once the database has been uploaded into the offline web admin.. The uploaded database needs to be applied...
Database upload, then in database management you can apply the database to the off line system.
