emg80 ip authorised sip trunks

Hi all
I am trying to use Mynetfone sip trunks, these are ip authorised ( no user name and password).
Incoming calls work for 30 seconds then cut off. I have been told this is because the system is no sending the site ip address, where is that input??
Also when its been idle for a while incoming calls don't come in until an outgoing call is made.
Outgoing calls work fine.
The IT guy has been changing modems and firewalls to make things work but to no avail.
Has anyone used this carrier (Mynetfone)and made it work with an emg80??

iPECS SIP call cuts off after 30s

If iPECS SIP call cuts off after around 30s, check SIP ALG is disabled.  On the MicroTIK router the SIP ALG is called SIP Helper and should be disabled.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!
