EMG not connecting

I have a problem with my EMG in DNA not connecting for some reason when trying to connect over a terminal server.It gives the error message

'failed to complete transaction with logging facilities server. Verify that it is running'.But when we connect to EMG from the machine its installed on it works fine without a problem.Any idea what the problem could be?

I seem to remember that DNA is not supported over terminal services?
