EMG 80 with LIP Handsets with buzzing on all External Calls

Question : Emg 80 with LIP 9030 Handsets on customers network ,through POE8 & 16 Port tp link switch .

Lines are through a Cisco 8 Port IAD ..

Problem - On all external calls buzzing noise coming through all LIP handsets ..

Internal Calls are fine , Have plugged in Digital Extn & Analogue Extns & external calls are Fine..

Have also taken another system to site & same fault ..

Some sort of Interference on the LIP Handsets Perhaps ?

anyone experience an issue like this?

any reason your using a cisco 8 port iad instead of just using the voip channels on the system ?

perhaps a codec mismatch perhaps .

i have never heard of bussing befor eon lip handsets tbh .

try different poe switchs perhaps.
