I have a UCX20 & Digital GW with Nortel phone user that picks up the handset, waits for dial tone then dials outbound number. While waiting for the outbound call to ring, an incoming call is automatically answered on the phone. User is surprised to hear person on other end that is not the intended call target. This issue just started and has happened a few times recently. How does this happen and is there a fix?
